• Strong Knowledge on cGMP documents (IQ, OQ, DQ and PQ).
• Experience on understanding URS and Validate process respect to GXP assessment.
• Strong Experience on PLC/DCS programing (Functional blocks and Ladder logic).
• Experience on handling PLC controllers, DCS controller, control cards and Communication cables.
• Knowledge on preparation of Process and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) and Process flow diagrams.
• Good knowledge on costing of instruments and Prepare overall project Instrument costing data sheet.
• Experience on handling contract manpower and work allocation.
