What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, qualify, and troubleshoot molecular assays.
• Apply techniques like qPCR, ddPCR, NGS, and CE methods for AAV genome analysis.
• Collaborate across departments to implement new assay technologies.
• Transfer assays to QC teams and external partners.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and write technical reports.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's (10+ years), Master’s (6+ years), or equivalent experience in biotech/pharma.
• 4+ years in assay development.
• Expertise in molecular biology techniques, including qPCR, ddPCR, and CE methods.
• Experience with NGS and assay validation is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
