What would you do?
Facilities Maintenance:
- Oversee office maintenance and repairs
- Conduct regular inspections and address facility-related issues
Security System Oversight
- Administer CCTV monitoring and door access systems
- Ensuring all systems are functional and maintained
- Coordinate with vendors for routine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ensuring proper record keeping and all procedures/policies are followed
Safety & Health Compliance
- Ensure workplace safety standards are met, conduct routine checks, and support emergency preparedness initiatives
- Create awareness in the workplace on OSH matters and coordinating with Business Continuity Management on Business Continuity efforts
- Ensure all relevant DOSH guidelines and other related guidelines/policies are complied with
Fixed Asset Management
- Maintain an updated inventory of office assets, ensuring proper registration, tagging, tracking, and regular audits for accountability
Visitor Management
- Oversee visitor registration processes, ensuring compliance with security protocols
All other responsibilities as seen appropriate.
Who should join us?
- Relevant education in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field is desired but not compulsory.
- DOSH – Green Book will be an advantage but not a requirement.
- Certified First Aider (Not compulsory).
- 5+ years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, asset management, vendor management, and safety regulation in Admin and Facilities Management or relevant working experience.
- Any experience within property/facilities management of hospitals, shopping malls and/or condominiums will be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of Electricity/electronics and plumbing will be an advantage
- Ability to manage time and prioritise.
