Assisting the Operations of Equatorial Plaza & Menara Great Eastern 2 and all branches in Peninsular Malaysia & East Malaysia.

• Preparation performance evaluation documents of outsourced FM vendor effectively on monthly basis.
• Liaison with FM vendor to keep track on all operational matters that includes conducting weekly meetings and following up on the updates of ad hoc works, fit out works and compliance.
• Work on hand with department’s finance to ensure all expense requisitions are in order and tracked.
• Preparation of documentations for tenants fit-out submission for all buildings and keep track on the progress.
• Liaison with Management Corporation of Equatorial Plaza relating to documentation.
• Liaison with branch personnel on requisitions of maintenance works and supervise contractors/vendors to achieve effective execution of ad hoc maintenance works on site that includes liaison with procurement obtaining quotes & necessary approvals.
• Managing and keep record of utilities for sustainability reporting.
• To ensure timely renewal of service contract agreements contracts for all properties that includes liaison with company’s legal representatives and service providers.
• To prepare all administrative works that includes all operational matters related.
• Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
• Highlight any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practice.
• Other responsibilities entailed.

We are looking for people who

• Has knowledge in operational and administrative works of building/facility management.
• At least 3 years’ experience managing tenants/customers and vendor management.
• At least 3 years’ experience in property/facility management – managing multiple sites.
• Has excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills and good customer service.
• Implementation of documentation and control, Good public relations, Cost conscious, Teamwork
• High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork
• Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes
