Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Architect Coordinator to oversee and manage architectural activities across industrial and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in architectural design, project coordination, and site execution, specifically within industrial and commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure architectural intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and validate architectural drawings and ensure alignment with structural, MEP, and civil drawings.
• Monitor design progress and ensure timelines are met according to project schedules.
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect execution as per approved design and suggest corrections if required.
• Handle RFI (Request for Information) management between site and design consultants.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and company policies.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to design coordination and approvals.
