Role Overview:
We are looking for experienced and innovative Architects to lead and manage architectural aspects of large-scale Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver high-quality designs that meet project objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities
· Lead the architectural design process for complex EPC projects, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets.
· Develop and review detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and models using advanced design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software.
· Design Process Co-ordination – Facilitate effective co-ordination between internal and external Architects, Designers, Engineers, Consultants, Contracts, vendors to maintain cohesive design process and foster collaboration among project stakeholders.
· Ensure compliance with local building codes, NBC, environmental regulations, and sustainability standards
· Oversee and guide junior architects and design teams, providing mentorship and ensuring quality control.
· Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve design-related issues, and ensure adherence to design intent.
· Prepare and present design proposals, reports, and project documentation for client approvals.
· Act as a key liaison between the architecture team and other disciplines, fostering seamless coordination.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
· Minimum 3-10 years of experience in architectural design, with significant exposure to EPC projects.
· Proven expertise in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools, and Adobe Creative Suite.
· Strong understanding of building systems, materials, and construction techniques.
· In-depth knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and sustainable design practices.
· Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
· Experience in high-value infrastructure or industrial EPC projects.
· Proficiency in using project management tools like Primavera or MS Project.
· Certification in green building standards (LEED, GRIHA, or equivalent).
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities under tight deadlines.
