The Senior Analyst, Product Line Management (PLM) TS Food – APAC will help drive the global Texture Portfolio by identifying insights into product performance, costing and markets. Collaborates with organizational centers of excellence to enhance portfolio analyses.

The Senior Analyst position will assist in developing strategic recommendations informed by complex analyses, research, and input from stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytical, project management and communication skills who is comfortable navigating & collaborating in a global matrix organization.
Core Responsibilities
Lead analyst for Texture Solutions produced in the APAC region in support of comprehensive Texture Solutions Food portfolio.
Leverages internal and external data sources (including market reports, internal data points, import data and other relevant data sources) to support portfolio strategies and monitor texture portfolio performance.
Providing a consolidated view of the portfolio performance through data analytics, working closely with geographies to ensure alignment of strategic targets and plans.
Provide analysis to support regional S&OP projects to align global portfolios.
Leads creation of complex analyses and data visualization tools in support of Global Texture Solutions Food team
Collaborates with other PLM peers on leveraging best practices and capabilities, so there is a common methodology in how Global Texture Solutions Food conducts analyses
Developing, maintaining and managing Business Intelligence dashboards for pricing, SKU optimization and other key analyses for PLM to assist in quicker analytical capabilities and decision-making.
Support global process/systems for customer intelligence (e.g., share of wallet & opportunities analysis) on assigned product categories.
Ad hoc reporting as needed
Mandatory Requirements
Qualified candidates will have:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, International Business, Data Analytics, or Supply Chain. MBA preferred.
3 to 5 years of B2B industry experience in business analysis, pricing or project management, ideally in the food & beverage industry
Strong Financial, analytical, data visualization, and communications skills required
Experience in a manufacturing industry, preferably in the Food & Beverage space
English fluency, both written and spoken
Desirable Requirements
Experience building PowerBI dashboards
Experience with SAP BW (Bex) and SAP Analytics
