The Position
Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities 主要职责/责任 (Major functions of the position)
Strategic Planning & Execution
Oversee full lifecycle management of core product lines within the Central Marketing Department, lead the development and implementation of nationwide marketing strategies aligned with corporate objectives
Large-Scale Project Management
Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of nationwide marketing campaigns (e.g., academic summits, patient education programs, KOL collaborations), optimizing resource allocation and budget efficiency
Establish standardized project management processes, monitor critical milestones, and facilitate cross-regional collaboration to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery
Market Insights & Decision Support
Conduct in-depth market analysis based on industry trends, competitor dynamics, and customer needs, delivering actionable reports to support executive decision-making
Design and optimize central marketing tools (e.g., DA materials, promotional assets) to empower regional teams with precise execution capabilities
Ophthalmology Product Collaboration (Preferred)
For candidates with ophthalmology expertise: Lead related product strategy development and collaborate with medical teams to drive specialized academic promotion
Requirements:
Education
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmacy, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields; MBA preferred
Experience
3-5 years of experience in the Central Marketing Department of a multinational pharmaceutical company, with proven success in leading nationwide marketing initiatives (quantifiable results required)
Experience in ophthalmology, chronic disease, or specialty drug domains is advantageous
Core Competencies
Expertise in product lifecycle management and cross-functional collaboration; adept at managing complex projects and crisis resolution
Strong data-driven mindset and analytical skills, with proficiency in market research tools (e.g., IQVIA, IPSOS)
Preferred Qualifications
Multichannel promotion experience in ophthalmology products;
Established network of national KOLs
