Basic Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years of experience in a data analytics role OR equivalent work experience * Demonstrated proficiency writing complex SQL, PL/SQL, stored procedures, or other database experience * Demonstrated experience with data visualization tools and processes such as Tableau, PowerBI etc * Advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel (Data Manipulation, Aggregation, Trend Analysis, Visualization, Validation). * Basic Project Management experience and knowledge * Advanced problem-solving skills * Knowledge of best practices in data analysis * Familiarity with process and data flow diagrams * Willing to travel up to/at least 5% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state). Preferred Qualifications * Experience working in a retail organization * Experience working with PIM Tools such as Stibo * Experience working with SAP * Familiarity with Agile Methodologies * 1-2 years creating process or data flow diagrams * Experience with incident management process * Statistical or mathematical skills or experience working with statistics packages (R, Python, SAS, SPSS, etc.) is a plus We will consider employment of qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
