Position Overview

We’re looking for a highly experienced full-stack engineer and strategic thinker who understands both software architecture and the potential of AI coding tools. You will lead the adoption and deep integration of AI-based development accelerators across our engineering lifecycle - from ideation to release.

This is a hands-on and strategic role. You will:

• Actively participate in our full development and DevOps lifecycle
• Champion the use of AI tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, etc.) across the engineering team
• Identify, experiment with, and standardize AI-assisted design, prototyping, coding, and QA workflows
• Accelerate our time-to-market by driving AI-supported development pipelines and shipping automation
• Coach and guide team members on AI prompt engineering and safe usage of AI tools
• Speed up the adoption of automating digital processes and use cases by integrating Circularo into 3rd party environments using our REST APIs and AI
• Balance speed with quality, performance, and security
• Stay ahead of industry trends and shape Circularo’s long-term AI adoption roadmap

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and integrate AI development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, Replit, Codeium) into our SDLC
• Build AI-enhanced workflows for:
• Rapid prototyping (e.g., UI generation with v0, Lovable)
• Code translation and refactoring
• Test case generation (unit, integration, E2E)
• QA automation and test maintenance
• CI/CD pipeline integration with review bots / AI validation
• Define security and privacy guardrails for safe use of LLMs with proprietary code
• Collaborate with frontend, backend, and DevOps engineers to speed up repetitive or boilerplate tasks using AI
• Drive best practices for AI-assisted code quality, documentation, and maintenance
• Evaluate agentic AI workflows and semi-autonomous dev flows (e.g., AI generating PRs, running tests)
• Promote an internal culture of AI experimentation and upskilling
• Develop and implement integrations between Circularo and external systems using Circularo REST APIs and AI to automate digital processes and business workflows

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software development (preferably in B2B SaaS)
• 2+ years experience working with or integrating AI/LLM-based tools into dev workflows
• Proven experience as a full-stack engineer with expertise in Node.js, Angular, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Deep knowledge of modern web development and scalable architecture
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and agile delivery
• Familiar with AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and emerging tools (Cursor, v0)
• Strong understanding of data privacy, IP protection, and security in LLM/AI contexts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience building internal developer tools or AI agents
• Knowledge of on-premise LLM deployment, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or vector search
• Experience coaching teams on AI prompt engineering
• Prior contributions to open-source or AI toolkits
