WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking an experienced Learning Specialist to join our team.

This role will be a maternity cover.


SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU

  • Identify and analyze learning needs - Understand what our p3ople and teams need to grow and excel, partner with business leaders to drive skills development.
  • Find & manage the best partners - Research, select, and collaborate with top training vendors, differentiate quality on the EU market.
  • Co-design learning interventions - Help creating learning programs that add value for P3 (leadership academy, internal business academy, performance management etc).
  • Take care of our learning system - Create, plan, and oversee training sessions and programs in our LMS.
  • Measure & evaluate impact - Evaluate feedback from learning sessions and continuously enhance the learning culture of P3.
  • Contribute to key HR initiatives - Be involved in HR projects and internal communication. Design L&D activities in close cooperation with HR BPs, HR Project managers and HR Director.
  • Help us automate and minimize administration - Leverage our learning systems and processes.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE

  • Experience with creating learning interventions - preferably in international environment.
  • Experience with external vendors - You know how to select and collaborate with external partners, manage RFPs and tenders.
  • Proven technical acumen - You work with systems, you master presentation design, and you are friends with AI and interactive tools (Sli.do, Mentimeter, Canva, ...)
  • Hands-on approach and get-it-done mindset - You turn ideas into action.
  • Assertiveness, communication skills and resilience - You don´t wait to be given a task, you can say no and manage expectations, you are able to communicate with all the roles in P3.
  • Ownership & team cooperation - You enjoy cooperation with the team and business leaders. You take ownership of your tasks and bring diverse perspectives for better decision-making.
  • Attention to detail - when it comes to things like deadlines, budget and invoices.
  • Languages: Czech/Slovak (native or bilingual) + English (professional working level)
