OFS Manager
Assist in the preparation of notes/materials for meetingsProvide analysis of OFS data and information under the instructions of the OFS ManagerAssist in the preparation of notes/materials for meetingsAssist in monitoring the contract in OA systemAssist in customer data administrationSalesforce maintainanceFollow up work assigned by OFS managerSupport RFQ submission through coordinating pricing and service requirements from Global Bid Team, within timeframes requested by customers
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree preferably in logistics
Good at English, fluent both in written and Oral
Good knowledge of Freight Forwarding business
Good understanding of DGF Products
1-2 years working experience in project logistics for customer services
Results driven
Ability to manage multiple tasks and activities
Strategic thinker to deliver initiatives
Commercial awareness, Customer focused
