As a Senior Account Executive, you'll act as a key liaison between the client and internal teams. You'll manage the day-to-day delivery of campaigns, ensuring deadlines are met and communication flows effectively. This role requires strong attention to detail, proactive coordination, and a passion for understanding the banking client's business needs and delivering integrated solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the daily contact for the client, ensuring ongoing alignment on project timelines, deliverables, and campaign requirements.
  • Support the Account Manager and Account Director in delivering strategic and creative work.
  • Manage and coordinate internal workflows with creative, media, strategy, and production teams to meet project goals on time and within budget.
  • Draft and maintain documentation such as creative briefs, status reports, contact reports, and competitive reviews.
  • Process client briefs and revisions clearly and accurately through internal teams.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials, feedback, and approvals across all stages of a campaign.
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a reliable and knowledgeable point of contact.
  • Conduct basic research to support strategic recommendations and creative planning.
  • Ensure financial tracking is in place, from client estimates to invoicing, and maintain budget control documents.
  • Proactively flag risks, delays, or opportunities to elevate campaign performance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in an agency environment, preferably with exposure to banking, finance, or corporate clients.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail, with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing and digital platforms.
  • Eagerness to grow within a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
