Are you a relationship-driven sales professional with a passion for nurturing and growing key accounts?
As our Sr. Account Executive, you’ll play a critical role in strengthening and expanding relationships with existing clients in the India/domestic market. This role is all about farming – focusing on closures, renewals, upselling, and ensuring client satisfaction. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership and the customer success team to drive revenue and maximize customer lifetime value.
What you'll do:
- Own Client Relationships: Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing mid-market and enterprise clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Drive Closures & Renewals: Focus on renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
- Strategic Account Management: Understand clients’ hiring challenges, propose tailored solutions, and position IV’s IaaS platform as their go-to solution.
- Deliver Consultative Sales Calls & Demos: Provide high-quality demos and consultations to showcase how our platform can further enhance their hiring processes.
- Tack Pipeline & Forecasting: Utilize HubSpot (or preferred CRM) to maintain an accurate pipeline, track renewals, and identify expansion opportunities.
- Be a Market Expert: Stay updated on HRTech trends, competitor activities, and client-specific needs in the India market.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience and refine strategies for account growth.
The ideal candidate profile:
- Relationship Builder: You excel at nurturing long-term partnerships, building trust, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Closure Expert: You have a proven track record in driving renewals, upselling, and cross-selling within existing accounts.
- Consultative Seller: You understand complex client needs, can identify pain points, and deliver tailored, value-driven solutions.
- Resilient & Adaptive: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, iterate quickly, and excel in navigating ambiguity.
- India Market Experience: Proven experience managing mid-market/enterprise accounts within the India/domestic market.
Your credentials count:
- Sales Proficiency: 4-6 years of experience in account management, specifically focusing on farming, renewals, and upselling in the India market
- B2B SaaS Expertise: Previous experience in B2B SaaS is required (HRTech experience is a bonus)
- Educational Background: Graduate or postgraduate (Tier 1 or Tier 2 college preferred but not mandatory)
- Location: Based in South India and willing to travel for client meetings as required
