Your Responsibilities * Support enterprise-wide analytics through the gathering, scrubbing, and interpreting of key data inputs * Analyze internal reports on a recurring basis to identify potential issues and opportunities, while keeping management informed on issues, trends, and solutions * Deliver recurring department reporting * Distribute and report information to key stakeholders (including Leadership) on regular and ad hoc basis * Build Dashboards for department leadership as needed in a timely manner * Manage the end-to-end project delivery for strategic initiatives, including the tracking and managing of ongoing activity * Assist in initiative rollout as required, and monitor results to look for opportunities to streamline processes and to increase program benefits and effectiveness Your Experience, Skills & Competencies * Bachelor's degree with relevant degree required. * Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant experience. * Experience with Salesforce and Tableau reporting required, including experience working with data, creating visualizations, and dashboards in Tableau. * Experience with SQL preferred. * Ability to accomplish objectives in a dynamic environment with multiple tasks, deadline changes, and unanticipated complications. * Ability to work with team members to leverage data to assist Leadership in making strategic decisions. * Ability to learn and use multiple platforms to aggregate, analyze and visualize data. * Team player and ability to work with minimal supervision. * Attention to detail and ability to carefully track nuanced information. * Intermediate to Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills (Pivot tables, if statements, vlookup, conditional statements). * Must be able to uphold Choice's Values & Performance Principles. Your Team This is an individual contributor role that will report to the Senior Manager, Segment Operations. You will have 1 peer teammate and collaborate with cross functional departments on a regular basis. Your Work Location As our Segment Operations, Senior Analyst, you will be based in our beautiful, state-of-the-art worldwide corporate headquarters in North Bethesda, MD. Less than 15 miles from Washington, DC, we're located one block away from the North Bethesda Metro station, with service on the Red Line and the MARC Brunswick line, easy access to I-270, and plenty of free parking provided by Choice Hotels. Salary Range The salary range for this position is $74,000 to $100,000 annually. The pay range listed is for this position and is what Choice Hotels reasonably expects to pay. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.
