Role Description

As our Senior SEM Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and customer acquisition through paid search campaigns. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative SEM strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEM strategies for our financial and insurance products in Spanish and English
• Manage large-scale paid search campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.)
• Conduct thorough keyword research and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
• Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve results
• Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and landing pages
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to maintain our competitive edge
• Manage and optimize budget allocation across various campaigns and channels
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in SEM, preferably in the financial services sector
• Proven track record of managing successful paid search campaigns with significant budgets
• In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other SEM platforms
• Strong analytical skills with experience in using tools like Google Analytics and Mixpanel
• Excellent understanding of financial products and services
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bilingual Spanish and English
