RAD SEO is a U.S.-based digital marketing agency that partners exclusively with home remodeling companies to help them generate high-quality leads and grow their businesses. We are seeking a highly skilled and dependable Google Ads Specialist based in Colombia to join our remote team. This is a long-term opportunity for an individual who is analytical, strategic, and results-driven.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Performance Max formats
• Perform in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy development
• Continuously optimize campaign performance to meet established KPIs
• Analyze data to produce clear, actionable reports and strategic insights
• Coordinate with internal team members to align advertising efforts with broader marketing goals
• Remain up-to-date on Google Ads best practices, tools, and platform updates

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
• Strong command of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
• Demonstrated success managing ad budgets of $2,000/month or more
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data interpretation and performance reporting
• Fluent in English (B2+ or higher) – both written and verbal
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed in a remote work environment
• Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free home office
• Meta ads experience a plus

Location Requirement:

Applicants must be based in Colombia and able to work remotely with partial overlap in Mountain Standard Time (minimum 4 hours per day).
