Skills Required

  • The candidate should have rich experience in SuccessFactors employee Central Core, Time Off, Timesheet, Benefits, and knowledge in integration with other 3rd Party tools
  • Minimum 6 End to End implementation experience in SF Employee Central with Time Off & Timesheet and Benefits
  • Should have basic knowledge of EC Payroll
  • Minimum 6 Support project experience
  • Should be able to lead the team for the EC implementation project
  • The candidate has worked with the client directly/Independently
  • Good Team Player with High Confident Level
  • Self-motivated individual with a strong background in business Knowledge
  • Ready to work at client site

  • The Success Factors role is crucial to our organization as it is responsible for ensuring the smooth implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the SAP SuccessFactors suite.
  • This role plays a pivotal part in supporting our HR and talent management processes and systems, ensuring high-quality data integrity, analytics, and reporting capabilities for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for system implementation and upgrades
  • Configure, maintain, and update SuccessFactors modules based on best practices and business needs
  • Support end-users with system inquiries, issues, and training needs
  • Analyze and troubleshoot system errors and provide timely resolutions
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, procedures, and guidelines
  • Manage integration points between SuccessFactors and other HR systems
  • Stay current with system updates, new releases, and industry trends to recommend system enhancements
  • Support HR analytics and reporting needs by creating and maintaining custom reports and dashboards
  • Lead or participate in system testing and validation efforts during system upgrades and implementations
  • Monitor system performance, data integrity, and security
  • Provide technical expertise and support for system upgrades, patches, and enhancements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support global HR processes and initiatives
  • Participate in project management and change management activities related to system enhancements or implementations
  • Contribute to the development and execution of a continuous improvement strategy for the HR system

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors modules
  • Deep understanding of HR business processes and best practices
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Experience in project management, change management, or system implementation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems and tools quickly
  • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
  • Experience in creating and maintaining HR reports and analytics
  • Familiarity with HRIS and HCM systems
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Experience in training and supporting end-users on system functionalities
  • Understanding of data privacy and confidentiality regulations
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
