Job Summary

SAP SD analyst is responsible for providing expertise in implementing, configuring, and maintaining SAP SD and LE modules to optimize the order to cash processes. Job involves understanding customer requirements, analyzing existing systems, and recommending solutions using SAP SD modules such as Order Management, Delivery, Billing and Invoicing process etc. Individual needs to collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, design solutions, customize configurations and conduct testing.

Essential Duties And Tasks

  • Provide expertise on SAP SD and LE process setup.
  • Ability to read and debug ABAP codes.
  • Hands-on work on SAP interfaces with CPI.
  • Work with the integration team to build and test SAP integration with 3rd party tools.
  • Prepare Functional Specifications.
  • Work with ABAP development team for inputs on Technical Specifications.
  • Prepare test data for unit and system integration test.
  • Prepare and execute test scripts for unit and system integration tests.
  • Resolve defects if in scope.
  • Work on system issues through Tickets and resolve issues within SLA.
  • Work with both onsite and offshore teams.
  • Work with Business and IT resources for any clarifications to meet project deliverables.
  • Cross functional leading ability across SAP and non SAP teams.
  • Ability to analyze project requirements and understand complex concepts.
  • Self-motivated and takes initiative.
  • Strong desire to learn new technologies, tools & processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ Years of experience supporting SAP systems SAP SD module (Sales & Distribution) and LE (Logistics Execution).
  • Expertise with SD, setup, and integration with 3rd party applications.
  • Experience/knowledge in S/4 Hana, BRF+, SAP portal.
  • Experience setting up Logistics systems.
  • Expertise in EDI/IDOC.
  • Experience with eCommerce integration.
  • Experience with International Trade Services in S4.
  • Hands-on in Pricing configuration.
  • Field experience working with BOP.
  • Deep knowledge in Accelerate Returns.
  • Deep knowledge in setting Availability Check configuration.
  • Experience working with Contracts and Intercompany Process.
  • Excellent knowledge on RICEF Objects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to talk to customers and hold workshops.
  • Ability to design end to end solutions.
  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately and maintain discretion.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time. The employee may be required to bend, twist, reach, push, pull and operate office machinery and motor vehicles.
  • Must be able to lift to (50) pounds
  • This position occupies a normal climate-controlled office setting, but the employee may be exposed to outdoor conditions such as inclement weather and varying degrees of temperature while traveling to meet position expectations.

WORK SCHEDULE/HOURS Schedules will vary depending on business needs, and may entail working nights, weekends and holidays. Must be flexible to work outside departmental operating hours.
