Senior Leadership Program Manager – Product, Sales & Marketing (PSM) is responsible for leading the Klein Leadership Program (KLP) track focused on Product, Sales, and Marketing functions. This role provides strategic direction, coaching, and performance oversight for program participants, ensuring the success and development of early-career talent through structured guidance, skill-building, and cross-functional collaboration. This position partners with senior business leaders and HR to align talent development with organizational workforce needs and business goals.
- Lead the Klein Leadership Program – Product Sales and Marketing track by providing support and guidance to the KLP-PSM team, including the Territory Manager(s), in the form of coaching, mentorship and professional development.
- Partner with Product Management, Sales and Marketing leadership to determine workforce needs, identify competency gaps, and lead the creation of a workforce strategy for the team.
- Identify opportunities for Product, Sales, and Marketing track improvements and partner with the Talent Development team to implement feasible and results-focused changes to the PSM track and Klein Leadership Program as a whole. Ensure and aide in the achievement of the KLP-PSM goals related to performance and professional development.
- Partnering with Talent Development, build a culture of Results-Orientation, Tenacity and Curiosity within the Klein Leadership Program to drive Innovation and Quality Provide administrative support to the team in the form of managing the team’s company car fleet and other company assets in use by the team and other administrative and HR related needs.
- Partnering with Human Resources, provide continuous and consistent performance management to the team to ensure real-time feedback and growth opportunities for the team.
- Support market and data analysis needs for the team to effectively drive growth and improvement in their roles.
- Provide recruiting support at the university level to the extent necessary to ensure the cohort is adequately staffed meeting the talent needs of the cohort.
- Assist with the budget creation and tracking for the program track.
- Perform other duties as required within the nature and level of work.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree completed in engineering, management, marketing or related business field or equivalent years of experience
- 5 to 7 years of sales, marketing or management experience
- Demonstrated ability and hunger to lead a team of early-career employees
- Demonstrated understanding of retail and wholesale environments An understanding and ability to perform related mathematics and financial calculations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, and Outlook.
