Our client, a leading organisation undergoing a major digital transformation, is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a high-profile SAP S/4HANA to SAP GROW migration. This is a 9-month contract with the potential for extension, offering an exciting opportunity to shape the future state of enterprise systems in a complex, fast-paced environment.

The Role As Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of the migration and implementation program-from initial planning through to execution and transition-ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.


Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end program delivery of the SAP migration from S/4HANA to SAP GROW (public cloud edition).
• Establish program governance, reporting frameworks, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Work closely with business units, IT teams, and external partners to coordinate resources and deliverables.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes to maintain project integrity and timelines.
• Drive stakeholder communication and provide regular updates to executive leadership.

What We're Looking For

• Strong program management experience across large-scale ERP implementations or migrations.
• Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA and preferably exposure to SAP GROW or public cloud ERP.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work in hybrid or matrixed environments.
• Experience working with systems integrators and large enterprise environments.
