Candidate Requirement & Qualification:
• Bachelor or Diploma in Information & Communication Technology or Computer science related
field
• 3 - 5 years of IT or Industry working experience.
• Thorough knowledge of HR IT platforms, esp. but not limited to SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, Master
Data Management, Architecture Management. SAP ABAP programming for HCM, esp. interface
techniques
• Project management skills (Minimum 3 years relevant SAP project experience)
• Excellent problem-solving and holistic thinking skills
• Efficient troubleshooting capabilities
• High customer-orientation and interpersonal skills
• Intercultural sensitivity, preferably working experience in the international team
• Proven experience working in the APAC region, with knowledge of local China HR regulations
and compliance requirements
• Language spoken- English & Mandarin
