Job Description:

AIRDIT Software Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and self-driven SAP Sales Executive to join our growing team in Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for driving B2B sales for our SAP-based products and services, engaging with IT decision-makers, and supporting field visits and demos. Candidates with general IT or software sales experience and a basic understanding of SAP are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential clients and generate qualified leads for SAP solutions.
  • Understand client needs and position suitable SAP-based products and services accordingly.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle – from prospecting, meeting, demo coordination to closure.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to tailor demos and proposals.
  • Conduct field visits, attend client meetings, and represent AIRDIT at events or expos.
  • Maintain client information and sales activities in the CRM or SAP-based tools.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B software/IT sales (SAP knowledge is an added advantage).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with frequent client visits and field travel.
  • Basic understanding of SAP modules or ERP solutions.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a professional approach to sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
