Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP FICO configuration and implementation
• Experience in 2-3 Full life cycle implementation is a must
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices
• Proven experience with financial reporting and analysis
• Experience in data migration and system upgrades within SAP environment
• Familiarity with other SAP modules as they relate to finance (e.g., MM, SD)
• Professional certification in SAP FICO is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data integrity
• Availability to travel for training and project implementation, if necessary
• Adaptability to changing priorities and business needs
• Experience with cloud-based SAP solutions is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
• Familiarity with international accounting standards (IFRS) is a plus
