We are hiring for a talented Senior DevOps Engineer - SAP BRIM to join #DHL IT Services Team to ensure the smooth operation of SAP Billing.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer - SAP BRIM, you will be responsible for Level 2 and Level 3 support for SAP BRIM and interface/integration issues. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of SAP Billing.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Level 2 and Level 3 support for SAP BRIM and interface/integration issues.
• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions.
• Work on interfaces.
• Resolve complex SAP BRIM and interface issues.
• Collaborate with upstream and downstream teams to analyze and resolve integration challenges.
• Safeguard the integrity of billing/financial data.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, optimizing the efficiency and accuracy of billing/financial operations.

Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of experience as an SAP BRIM Consultant.
• Work experience in Convergent Charging, Convergent Mediation, Subscription Order Management & Convergent Invoicing.
• Experienced in Implementation & Support projects.
• Functional & Technical in BRIM.
• Good understanding of Functional & Technical areas.
• Able to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Advanced in spoken and written English.
