  • Familiarity with system implementation standards and methodologies
  • Strong knowledge and real experience in CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing, CTI Integration and Web UI & IC web client module.
  • Good Exposure on Base Customization
  • Good Business process understanding
  • Able to understand client requirement and work individually
  • Client facing and convincing skills
  • Strong Tech & Functional Specification documentations
  • Able to demonstrate and train business users
  • Design and execute UAT
  • Integration with Banking Source Systems and EDW
  • Preferred SAP CRM Apps version is CRM 7.3 Ehp2 +
