Job Description:

We are hiring SAP CRM Functional Consultants with strong expertise in SAP CRM Sales and Service modules integrated with SAP SD, preferably with experience in industries such as Apparel, Retail, Trading, Automobile, and Rental.

Responsibilities:

• Must have experience working on a mix of SAP CRM Implementation, AMS, and Support Projects.
• Minimum 2 full-cycle end-to-end implementation, Support projects in SAP CRM Sales and Service is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of SAP CRM configuration, including ECC integration and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• In-depth expertise in One Order framework, IBase, Web UI configuration, Business Roles, Service Orders, Service Contracts, Complaint Management, and Resource Planning.
• Functional knowledge in CRM Middleware, CRM-SD integration, and Service Management.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with User Exits, BAPIs, BADIs, and WRICEF developments.
• Strong consulting and analytical skills to understand business requirements and deliver robust CRM solutions.
