Technical Capabilities :

  • SAP CRM Design and Configuration : 3+ years of experience.
  • Full Cycle Implementations : 3+ full cycle implementations as a CRM Functional Consultant.
  • Base Customization : Hands-on experience with date profile, status profile determination, action profile, org determination, etc.
  • Case Management and Activity Management : Experience required.
  • Multi-Level Categorization Structure and Master Data: Proficient in BP, products, etc.
  • SAP CRM Utilities : Deep knowledge.
  • SAP CRM Middleware : Strong knowledge.
  • Pricing Routines and ECC-CRM Integration : Strong experience.
  • Complex Business Problem Resolution : Ability to manage critical/complex situations independently.
  • Functional Specifications and Business Process Diagrams : Proven experience in writing and validating.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills : Excellent.

Responsibilities

  • Design and configure SAP CRM solutions.
  • Implement and manage full cycle CRM projects.
  • Customize CRM base settings including date profiles, status profiles, action profiles, and org determination.
  • Manage case and activity management processes.
  • Develop multi-level categorization structures and master data.
  • Integrate SAP CRM with ECC and manage pricing routines.
  • Resolve complex business problems independently.
  • Write and validate functional specifications, business process diagrams, and blueprints.
  • Collaborate with distributed teams and environments.
  • Present functional solutions effectively.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in SAP CRM Design and Configuration.
  • 3+ full cycle implementations as a CRM Functional Consultant.
  • SAP CRM Certification (preferred).
  • Functional area knowledge of ECC modules (preferred).
  • Experience in the utilities domain (preferred).
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
