We are looking for a highly experienced SAP S4/HANA PP/MM Center of Excellence (CoE) Consultant to join our Client's team based in Malaysia. In this strategic role, you will take the lead in optimizing production planning and material management processes across the organization, while ensuring standardization and compliance with global SAP templates.

You will be responsible for the design, governance, and continuous improvement of the SAP S4/HANA PP and MM modules, and play a key role in driving business transformation across our regional operations.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design and configure SAP S4/HANA PP/MM modules, and implement solutions that align with business objectives and best practices.
• Analyse existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose and implement SAP-based solutions to streamline operations and improve productivity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align SAP strategies with corporate objectives and long-term plans. This ensures that SAP implementations support overarching business goals and are adaptable to future needs.
• Stay abreast of the latest SAP technologies and industry trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend and implement enhancements to optimize system performance and functionality.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP S/4HANA releases, innovations, and industry trends, and assess their potential impact on the organization.
• Establish and enforce governance processes, standards, and best practices for SAP PP/MM modules to to ensure consistency and control across all regional operations. This includes regular reviews and updates in line with evolving business and regulatory requirement.
• Develop and maintain documentation standards and their updates for configurations, processes. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that SAP solutions comply with relevant regulations and internal controls, minimizing risks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in SAP S4/HANA PP/MM, including configuration, customization, and implementation
• Strong domain expertise in Discrete Manufacturing or Consumer Electronics
• Hands-on experience maintaining and governing global SAP templates is essential
• Knowledge of SAP QM is a plus
• SAP certification in PP is highly preferred
• Willingness to travel regionally up to 50%

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Salary: MYR 20,000 – 24,000/month
