Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Solutions Architect to design and implement scalable, high-impact Salesforce solutions that align with business goals. This role requires a strong technical foundation, strategic thinking, and deep expertise across Salesforce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Experience, and Revenue Clouds.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective Salesforce architecture.
• Provide guidance on development best practices and ensure alignment with platform standards.
• Lead integration efforts with third-party systems using APIs, middleware, and Salesforce tools.
• Act as a trusted advisor for technical design, performance optimization, and future scalability.
• Support governance, code reviews, and release management processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 3 years in an Solution Architect
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.

Certifications (Preferred/Required):

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect
• Salesforce Certified System Architect
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – highly preferred
• Additional certifications such as CPQ Specialist, Platform Developer II, or Integration Architect are a plus.
