Position Overview:

This position reports to the India-based local manager and works closely with the North American (NAMER) Enterprise Subscription Renewal Representatives (ERR) Team. This role is responsible for a high volume of accurate renewal and new product quotations and order submissions associated with a specific set of Named Accounts.


Minimum Qualifications

  • 1+ Years of previous experience in a Sales Support role
  • Proficient computer skills including MS Office and its suite of products, especially Excel
  • Organized and task-oriented
  • High attention to detail
  • Customer service oriented
  • Ability to retain accuracy while working quickly
  • Previous work experience in a large corporate office environment
  • Professional and courteous attitude


Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient with Salesforce.com (SFDC)
  • 4-year degree


Responsibilities

  • Create and submit accurate quotes to customers 60-90 days before they are due
  • Use Salesforce.com reporting to identify all NAMER renewals, products and pricing
  • Use Salesforce.com to document all customer opportunities and customer activity
  • Use Salesforce.com and the embedded forecast probability definitions to categorize opportunities accordingly
  • Maintain basic knowledge of products, competition and industry trends along with promotions and other items related to doing business with client and/or its Partners
  • Build strong relationships and partnerships with Outside Sales and ERR Team
