What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Salesforce Project Manager within our Operations division. This position falls under our Corpay line of business and is remote. In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects directly related to CRM systems that serve as the principle enabler for managing the customer lifecycle Corpay. Corpay uses Salesforce.com as its CRM and the Project Manager will serve multiple lines of businesses. The role will include Business Analysis duties to define requirements and translate those to the technical teams. Principle activities include working with business stakeholders to own the successful planning and execution of a project. Salesforce Project Manager will act as the main point of contact between the business and technical team and/or external partners. You will report directly to Program Manager – Operations and regularly collaborate with stakeholders.

As a Salesforce Project Manager you will be expected to work in a remote environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities

  • Identifying, measuring, and managing risks that directly impact the likelihood of success
  • Managing the progress and quality of the requirements gathering activities and adjusts the plan as necessary
  • Position will document change requirements and day to day project tasks
  • Possessing knowledge of the SFDC platform, including the foundational concepts of the application and the functions contained within
  • Collaborating with team to generate scenarios/test cases and test scripts, ensuring traceability to all requirements
  • Determining the overall requirements gathering strategy and plans the requirements phase of projects
  • Planning the risk response strategy to be used in monitoring and controlling all identified risks throughout the requirements process
  • Under the direction of the Leadership, be a representative in the Agile Development processes, including:
  • Documenting user requirements
  • As necessary, serve as point person with third party developers working on the CRM system, documenting requirements, resolving roadblocks, etc.
  • Testing and QA of enhancements
  • Participating in projects for major enhancements to technology related to the CRM. This may include CTI, other Salesforce.com modules, and force.com applications
  • Assisting Salesforce Team members as an additional liaison amongst stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, communicate and validate business and system requirements using industry leading practices
  • Serving as a resource for business user seeking guidance on system use as needed in relation to product launches
  • Be responsible for your own development. Continually seek to enhance your Salesforce.com knowledge, including use of Salesforce Trailhead and acquisition of progressively more advanced Salesforce.com certifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree, preferably in business, computer science or a similarly technical field
  • PMP Preferred, Not Required
  • Salesforce Experience Preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a business environment managing projects, with a preference for experience related to sales operations or post-sales customer management
  • Solid Organizational skills
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, troubleshoot, and maintain a high level of quality
  • Strong communication skills. Proven ability to gain credibility with business stakeholders and to run interactions without supervision
  • Familiarity with the Agile Development process
  • Business requirement gathering skills
  • Extreme attention to detail and quality assurance
  • An eye for continuous process improvement opportunities
  • Intermediate-level in Excel, Microsoft, Visio and other tool
