Position Value Proposition: We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead all aspects of project delivery across multiple industrial job sites. This position offers a high degree of ownership, client-facing responsibility, and cross-functional leadership. The ideal candidate will be an expert in coordinating teams, managing budgets, and ensuring on-time, high-quality execution across a full scope of industrial construction projects. Core Responsibilities: * Lead the full lifecycle of industrial construction projects from pre-construction planning through final completion. * Collaborate with estimating and preconstruction teams to establish execution plans, schedules, and resource requirements. * Manage project schedules and budgets; track costs against estimates and proactively mitigate overruns. * Coordinate across departments, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure alignment with project goals. * Serve as the primary point of contact for the client; ensure clear communication, progress updates, and problem resolution. * Ensure proper documentation of all project activities including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. * Participate in site visits and oversee on-site execution to ensure alignment with quality and safety standards. * Mentor and oversee project support staff including Project Coordinators and Junior Project Managers as needed. * Conduct project reviews with executive leadership and support strategic decision-making with data and insight. Qualifications: * Minimum of 8 years of project management experience in industrial or heavy construction. * Strong understanding of construction methods including: * Foundations * Millwright/Equipment Setting * Structural Steel Erection * Pipe Fabrication & Erection * Electrical & Instrumentation * Tanks & Vessels * Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams. * High level of organization, communication, and decision-making skills. * Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite. * Willingness to travel to project sites as needed. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or Business preferred. Equivalent industry experience may substitute for degree requirements. Physical/Site Requirements: * Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and move through active construction sites. * Work in various weather and temperature conditions. * Ability to climb and maintain balance on steel framework, ladders, and scaffolds.
