What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage change: Lead communications, training, and adoption strategies to ensure successful rollout
• Mitigate risk: Proactively address program risks and issues while keeping stakeholders informed
• Ensure compliance: Build governance frameworks that support both innovation and regulatory standards

What You Bring

• 2+ years leading complex Salesforce programs or implementations

• Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Confidence leading from both a strategic and tactical level
