Overview

The Program Coordinator II provides critical administrative support to Program Managers and Portfolio Managers within the PMO. This role is responsible for organizing and maintaining program documentation, ensuring timely reporting, and facilitating effective internal and external communication. The Program Coordinator will help ensure that Frontgrade’s programs are well-documented, accurately reported, and effectively supported across the full lifecycle.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to Program Managers in maintaining accurate and up-to-date program records, reports, and artifacts.
  • Manage the organization and version control of program documents and deliverables on SharePoint or other repositories.
  • Assist with internal and external communications, including coordination of customer updates on delivery schedules, ECO submissions, and approval tracking.
  • Support preparation and updates for recurring program reviews, including Program Management Reviews (PMRs), weekly updates, and internal stakeholder briefings.
  • Track and help complete follow-up actions from PMRs, customer meetings, and internal reviews.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders (Engineering, Operations, Quality, Finance, etc.) to gather required documentation and inputs for program reporting.
  • Schedule and support key program events such as design reviews, readiness reviews, and milestone meetings.
  • Ensure proper closeout of completed programs in collaboration with PMs and PMO staff.


Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • HS Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in area of responsibility.

  • This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws. As a condition to this job offer, in order to be employed in this position, you must be able to obtain an U.S. Government export license(s), as required by law.
  • Pay Range: $24.58 - $30.13 hourly. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
