Job Title: Salesforce Developer (LWC + Financial Services Cloud)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with a focus on Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Financial Services Cloud. The candidate will be responsible for designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications. The candidate will work closely with other members of the team to identify production risks and work towards strategic goals. The ideal candidate is a highly resourceful and innovative developer with extensive experience in the layout, design, and coding of Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality applications on the Financial Services Cloud platform based on the Salesforce platform.
• Develop custom solutions and interfaces leveraging the Salesforce platform using LWC, APEX Programming, Visualforce, and other technologies.
• Implement Salesforce solutions using best practices through standard configuration and custom development.
• Develop integrations and services between legacy systems and Salesforce.
• Implement automated testing and write unit tests.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and distribute knowledge.
• Share best practices and be consultative to clients throughout the duration of the project.
• Drive user acceptance testing process to ensure the system accurately meets business needs.
• Collaborate with team members to develop Salesforce solutions for clients and ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing functional requirements and customer objectives.
  
  

Requirements

• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience with a strong focus on LWC and Financial Services Cloud.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration, including workflows, validation rules, and security controls.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com SOQL, APEX programming, Visualforce, Lightning, and LWC.
• Experience with developing and maintaining custom reports and dashboards.
• Strong knowledge of CRM software quality assurance best practices and methodologies.
• Excellent understanding of Salesforce.com's Web Services.
• Strong experience in designing and developing software components and having a very strong Service Oriented Architecture and integration background.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
• Experience in Agile development methodologies.
• A degree in computer science or related field.
