Seeking a Salesforce Sr Developer with good expertise who works based on the best practices and provides technical solutions on Salesforce. Education: BE/BTech in computer science/Information Technology, BCA/MCA Experience: 3 to 5 years in Salesforce Reports to: Salesforce Lead / Project Manager Responsibilities: Work with the functional consulting team to deliver Salesforce solution including customization, scripting, integrations & support case resolutions. Document business & technical requirements. Solid understanding of and detailed experience with the Salesforce Platform. Ability to quickly acquire new technical expertise both within the SFDC platform and in ETL/ESB integration tools MuleSoft etc. Experience in managing external client projects in positions of increasing responsibility in the delivery of business consulting and systems development. Lead design and development of Salesforce custom solutions comprising of work in Apex, Visual Force, Salesforce APIs, Lightning, data migration, and Integrations. Collaborate proactively with functional users and analysts, to translate business and integration requirements into configurable component designs and solutions. Skills: Salesforce Platform Developer I & II and Platform App Builder certification is a plus. Capable of proposing both Technical and Solution Architecture. Hands-on experience in building applications on the Salesforce.com platform. Should have experience working in at least 5 to 8 Salesforce projects on implementations/integrations. Should have critical thinking, problem solving, design, coding & debugging skills. Salesforce development experience including strong working knowledge and ability to code APEX (classes, triggers, web services, process builders), Visual Force, Salesforce APIs, SOQL, and Force.com. Advanced knowledge of Salesforce data model, custom objects, visual force pages, workflows, and configuration. Ability to author detailed design/specification documents capturing workflow processes, use cases, exception handling, and test cases is a must. Code debugging & troubleshooting in an effective direction. Hands-on experience on Salesforce Integration with 3rd party Integrations. Plan, research, and advice on projects or peripherals involving scripting automation.
