Location: Hyd, Kolkata, Noida, Chennai, Bangalore

Required Skillset: 5+ years of development experience on Salesforce platform including 2+ years on Salesforce CRM Analytics.

Experience Range: 6+ Years

Job Description

Must Have:

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components.
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM Analytics (formerly Einstein Analytics).
• Experience with data integration tools like Informatica, MuleSoft, etc.
• Proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, and dashboard development.
• Good understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:

• SFDC development & enhancements
• Unit testing execution
• Adherence to schedules and milestones, track / report progress
• Report any issues / risks proactively in a timely manner
• Issue triage & resolution
• Create & update documentation including quality & validation documents
• Design and implement dashboards and reports using CRM Analytics.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems.
• Participate in requirement analysis and solution design.
