The Salesforce Developer is all-in-one Salesforce professional capable responsible for architecting efficient processes, customizing data fields to meet specific business needs, managing data effectively, creating custom objects, and developing impactful dashboards.

• Analyze and understand business processes to architect and design efficient workflows within the Salesforce platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.

• Customize and configure data fields to align with business requirements.
• Implement and maintain validation rules, formulas, and data integrity checks.
• Ensure data consistency and accuracy throughout the Salesforce system.
  
  

Data Management

• Develop and implement data management strategies to ensure data quality and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with data administrators to establish data governance practices.

Custom Object Creation

• Design and build custom objects to accommodate unique business needs.
• Implement relationships between objects to enhance data structure.
• Ensure scalability and flexibility of custom objects for future expansion.
  
  

Dashboard Development

• Design and create visually appealing dashboards to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with end-users to understand reporting requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Iii. Qualifications

• Minimum Education
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum Experience/Training
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a focus on process architecture, data customization, data management, custom object creation, and dashboard development.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, features, and limitations.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce development tools.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and database design principles.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or related certifications are highly desirable.
