We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain customised solutions within multiple customer Salesforce orgs.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Sales and Service Clouds, and be passionate about developing scalable, high-performing Salesforce applications that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customise, and optimise Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Lightning App Builder, and other Salesforce technologies
• Deliver tailored solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, plus others
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and APIs to ensure smooth and secure data exchange
• Configure and maintain Lightning Flows, validation rules, and user/security settings
• Conduct code reviews, debug and troubleshoot system issues, and implement performance improvements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions
• Apply best practices for Salesforce development to ensure scalable and maintainable outcomes
• Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and make recommendations for enhancements
  
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, and SOQL
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration tools (Lightning Flows, validation rules)
• Familiarity with roles, profiles, permission sets, and other security settings
• Salesforce certification required - Developer or Consultant certification acceptable
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communicator who can collaborate with internal and external teams
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA
