The Salesforce Developer will play a critical role in designing, developing, testing, implementing and maintaining the Salesforce platform. Accountabilities include, but not limited to, tailoring solutions to meet specific business needs by utilizing Apex coding, Visualforce pages, Lighting components and other Salesforce tools to create scalable and secure software applications; optimize company processes and improve overall operational efficiency; support Salesforce projects; accomplish project objectives and provide expertise in Salesforce development; define best practices and subsequently integrate practices into the system; and be the subject matter Salesforce expert to address any and all software development challenges.
Accountabilities And Responsibilities
Assist with Salesforce projects focused on enhancing systems related to customer compliance and operational efficiency
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Salesforce application
Design and architect custom Salesforce solutions, including data models, workflows, and user interfaces, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience
Write clean and efficient Apex code, build Visualforce pages, and develop Lightning components to implement the designed features
Thoroughly test developed applications to identify and fix bugs, ensuring quality and stability before deployment
Deploy custom applications to production environments, manage updates, and provide ongoing maintenance and support
Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs and data connectors to ensure seamless data flow
Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive data within the Salesforce platform
Maintain detailed documentation of code, architecture, and system configurations for future reference and troubleshooting
Define best practices and standards for development, integrations, deployments, and documentation
Technical Insight, bring your experience as a Solutions Developer or in a similar role
Follows rules, policies, regulations as outlined in company handbook
Communicate issues, concerns and questions to supervisor

Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field required
Salesforce certification is a plus
Experience Requirements
5+ years of proven experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, or other relevant Salesforce solution
Demonstrated experience in software development with a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture; adaptable to evolving Salesforce features and updates
Proficient in Apex or other programming languages
Expertise in Visualforce and Lightning Web Components development
Understanding of Salesforce data structure, APIs and data management practices
Familiarity with Salesforce declarative tools; workflows, process builder, etc.
Knowledge of JavaScript and related front-end technologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
Ability to adapt to changing priorities
Ability to adjust scheduled to meet business needs
