Summary
Job Description
Provide Day-to-day Salesforce support
Take charge of any technical problems relating to Salesforce – individual troubleshooting, contacting relevant support persons/teams, etc.
Communicate with business progress on incidents
Salesforce administaion duties
Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components etc. to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements,
Code merging using github and experience with CI/CD
Job Qualifications
Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I,
Additional Salesforce certifications e.g. Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified Javascript Developer
Bachelor’s/Postgraduate degree, a professional qualification, or equivalent experience
