Your new role

As a Salesforce Data Architect, you will lead the design, implementation, and management of complex Salesforce data architectures. You will be responsible for driving data migration from legacy systems, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance, and collaborating closely with CRM, Engineering, and Analytics teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions. Your expertise will guide data validation, migration planning, and performance tuning to support business strategies.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, with 3+ years as a Salesforce Data Architect
• Expert knowledge of Salesforce data models, schema builder, entity relationships, and integration patterns (REST, SOAP)
• Strong skills in data migration, ETL processes (using tools like dbAmp, SQL Server, SSIS), and Salesforce Data Loader/Bulk API
• Deep understanding of Salesforce security models, role hierarchies, sharing rules, and Salesforce Shield encryption
• Experience with data governance, metadata management, API development, and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
• Salesforce certifications are preferred
• Excellent problem-solving, solution design, and mentoring abilities
