Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CPQ Architect / Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance solutions within our Salesforce ecosystem, with a core focus on CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote). This individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional business partners to understand operational workflows, gather requirements, and deliver customized solutions that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement end-to-end Salesforce CPQ solutions tailored to business needs.
• Partner with internal stakeholders (Sales, Operations, Finance, IT, etc.) to understand business processes, workflows, and requirements.
• Design scalable, best-practice CPQ architecture across multi-product, multi-channel environments.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and high-level design documentation.
• Lead configuration, development, and integration of CPQ features, pricing rules, product bundling, approval workflows, and contract management.

Experience:

• Deep knowledge of Salesforce CPQ (Steel brick) implementation and configuration.
• Proven experience working with internal stakeholders to analyze workflows and translate into system solutions.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform architecture.
• Expertise in data modeling, integration patterns, and governance.
