Key Responsibilities of a Conga CPQ Architect: Design and Development: Develop and design Conga CPQ solutions that align with business objectives and technology best practices. Implementation: Lead and guide the implementation of Conga CPQ projects, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to teams, including code reviews and establishing development standards. Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Conga CPQ, including those arising from integrations. Integration Expertise: Design and manage integrations between Conga CPQ and other systems, including Salesforce. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure that solutions meet their needs. Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize CPQ processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. Documentation: Document solutions and processes to ensure maintainability and knowledge transfer. Training and Support: Provide training and support to users on the use of Conga CPQ. Skills and Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience in implementing Conga CPQ or similar CPQ platforms. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Salesforce, CPQ, and related technologies. Problem-solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and teams. Leadership: Experience leading and guiding technical teams. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement. Documentation: Ability to create and maintain technical documentation. Typical Tasks: Designing CPQ configurations and workflows. Building and testing product rules. Setting up pricing and quoting rules. Creating custom components and integrations.
