Overview

The Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and supporting the implementation of Salesforce solutions. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, conducting data analysis, and ensuring that business needs are effectively translated into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and document business requirements, use cases, and functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and improve business processes.
  • Conduct research and data analysis to identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Develop business requirement documents, process maps, and other relevant documentation.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
  • Maintain effective communication with project teams, business partners, and IT staff.
  • Continuously enhance knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with business analysis tools (process mapping, use case modeling, requirements gathering).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of financial services or wealth management is a plus.
