About Role:
At Sakon, we're looking for a passionate Salesforce Administrator to become the backbone of our customer relationship management strategy. This isn't just about maintaining a system – it's about empowering our teams with the tools they need to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
As our Salesforce Champion, you'll:
- Architect and optimize our Salesforce ecosystem, including user management, security protocols, and permission structures
- Design and implement custom objects, fields, page layouts, and dynamic workflows that align with our business processes
- Create powerful reports and dashboards that transform data into actionable insights for leadership
- Ensure system integrity through regular maintenance, updates, and data quality initiatives
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into elegant Salesforce solutions
- Empower users through personalized training, documentation, and responsive support
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with speed and precision
- Lead the evaluation and implementation of new Salesforce features and AppExchange solutions
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all system configurations and processes
- Orchestrate testing and deployment of enhancements across sandbox and production environments
Skills:
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) and Advanced Administrator (ADM 211) certifications
- Deep expertise across Salesforce clouds: Sales, Service, Data and Marketing
- Proven track record configuring complex Salesforce environments, including user management, security models, custom objects, and automation tools.
- Mastery of Salesforce automation technologies: Flow Builder, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules
- Experience with sandbox testing and production deployment methodologies
- Advanced skills in report and dashboard creation for data visualization and analysis
- Successful integration of Salesforce with third-party platforms, including HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Seamless.AI
- Familiarity with Apex code deployment and customization
- Superior problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Self-directed work ethic with strong prioritization capabilities
- Collaborative mindset with a user-centric approach to solution design
Nice to Have
- Additional Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant)
- Knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC) development
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and methodologies
- Data migration expertise using tools like Dataloader.io or Jitterbit
- Experience with Salesforce Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM
