Principle Duties & Responsibilities

• Main focus of developing Project cargo and OOG business
• Regularly visit customers (face-to-face) to establish/maintain customer relationships and develop new customers;
• Negotiation, drafting quotation and converting them to actual business.
• Assist customer service staff in handling all situations and resolving customer issues;
• Optimize the customer/merchandise mix to improve performance;
• Handle customer accounts receivable in accordance with company regulations and deadlines;
  
  

Work Experience & Abilities Required

• College degree or above (Logistics, Business Administration or related field) , 3-5 years of freight related sales experience preferred;
• Good knowledge of shipping and freight forwarding;
• CET-4 or above and good experience in using relevant IT office applications;
• Good self-confidence, presentable appearance and clear presentation/demonstration skills
• Good negotiation skills, flexibility and a winning attitude, strong customer orientation.
