Job Description
We're looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Shanghai, China. As a key player in our sales department, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and representing our company's products and services with professionalism and expertise.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers in the Shanghai market and surrounding areas
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand our customer base and increase market share
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our offerings effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met and sales goals are achieved
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop strategic sales plans
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets consistently
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and forecasts
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and objections
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, methodologies, and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English is required
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated with a resilient and assertive approach to overcoming challenges
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Knowledge of the local Shanghai market and business culture is highly desirable
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed
