This position is based in Shanghai, China.

This role reports directly to the Chairman/CEO and combines the functions of a executive assistant as well as Sales Operations manager. The candidate’s core mission is to help the Chairman/CEO efficiently execute and implement all strategic decisions related to business growth and development.

Sales operation responsibilities:

Establish and maintain cross-functional collaboration mechanisms between Sales, Product, and Marketing (e.g., feedback channels, collaborative sessions, SOPs)

Lead and drive the sales management process such as optimizing sales CRM systems, and conduct sales funnel data tracking.

Prepare weekly sales and product reports, compile common issue lists, FAQs, and other supporting materials.

Co-develop sales enablement tools and materials with the Product and Marketing teams to support frontline enrollment efforts, develop sales tools and resources to support recruitment efforts.


Executive assistant responsibilities:

Assist the Chairman/CEO in driving key cross-departmental projects such as new product launches, organizational restructuring/reforms, and other initiatives

Track progress on prioritized initiatives by coordinating all personnel and processes, and keeping track of all timelines and milestones.

Draft briefings, internal/external reports, and prepare presentations and meeting materials.

Manage the CEO’s schedule, provide internal task reminders, and track critical deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in project management or sales/growth operations is preferred.

Familiarity with the education, tech, or international student recruitment industry is a plus.

Proficiency in data analysis and operational tools (e.g., Excel, Notion, WeChat, Trello, etc.)


Strong logical thinking, high resilience with exceptional execution, and proven excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

Comfortable working in a bilingual (Chinese & English) environment and able to quickly adapt to the Chairman/CEO’s fast-paced communication and decision-making style.

In the first six months, the candidate will focus on supporting the establishment of operational frameworks, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and developing a deep understanding of both sales and product operations while building relationships with key stakeholders. After this initial period, the role will expand to include leading strategic projects independently, participating in executive meetings, and preparing high-level reports and presentations autonomously.

This position is designed for organic growth rather than following a rigid promotion timeline. As the company scales and based on individual performance, there will be opportunities to take on greater responsibilities, such as driving enterprise-level initiatives, optimizing executive level sales processes, and participate in executive level efforts to contributing to overall organizational development.
